Delete your account and data
You can ask us to remove your Kisan Bhai account and everything stored with it. This page explains what happens and how to make the request.
Deletion is permanent. Your cattle register, milk log and income-expense history cannot be recovered afterwards. Note down or photograph anything you still need before you send the request.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in details - mobile number, or Google email and account identifier
- Your profile - name, gender, date of birth, village, pincode, state and city
- Your cattle records, including heat, delivery and treatment history
- Your milk entries and your income and expense entries, with your categories and notes
- Your score, leaderboard entry and score history
- Your notification token, so no further notifications are sent
What we may keep, and why
- Records we are required by law to retain, kept only for as long as the law requires
- Anonymous and aggregated analytics that can no longer be linked to you
- Security and server logs, for a short period, before they expire automatically
How long it takes
We verify every request against the mobile number or Google account used to sign in, so that nobody else can delete your records. Once verified, deletion is completed within 30 days, and we confirm by email when it is done.
